Order Cancellation Policy

Customer can opt to cancel an order within 5 hours for the order placed either online, or by calling our helpdesk and receive a refund of advance paid, if any.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy expires in 2 days from the date of purchase. After 2 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as plants, flowers, bulbs, seedlings, kitchen garden and micro greens cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we’ll also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). But in such cases the decision taken by GoGardener India Private Limited will be final.    

  • Any item not received in its original condition, is damaged, or have parts missing for reasons, not due to GoGardener’s error;
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery;

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by GoGardener, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then the applicable refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 15 days. Refund will be excluding GST, shipping charges, and discount, if any applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Refund, if any will be credited to the bank account or to the original mode of payment within 15 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, or credit card complany again.

It may take some time for them before your refund reflects in your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gogardener.in and return your item to GoGardener India Pvt. Ltd, F- 281, Sector-2, Greater Noida (West), Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh- 201306, India.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: GoGardener India Pvt. Ltd, F281, Sector-2, Greater Noida (West), Gautam Budh Nagar – 201306, Uttar Pradesh, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speedpost only.

We do not ship GoGardener India products out of India.

Orders shall be dispatched within a period of 7 working days and delivered within 15 working days from the date of order placement. It is imperative to acknowledge that GoGardener India collaborates with third-party logistics partners and diligently employs all feasible measures in conjunction with our partners to ensure the timely delivery of products within the stipulated timeframe, under ordinary conditions and standard service protocols. Nonetheless, extraordinary circumstances may arise, leading to delays beyond the control of GoGardener India or its delivery partners. In such instances, GoGardener India is committed to promptly communicating any such delays whenever feasible. Moreover, the delivery of shipments is contingent upon the operational norms of the respective Courier Company or post office.

GoGardener is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be effected to the registered address of the buyer at the time of placing the order only, at all times (unless specified at the time of order). While GoGardener will take all reasonable care for packaging and safety of the product, it in no way will be responsible for any damages caused to the product while in transit to the buyer.
